Hengshui Yangtze Prestressed Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001. It specializes in the research and development of bridge prestressed structural engineering and prestressed anchor systems. It has formed a reasonable overall layout, advanced technology, sophisticated production equipment, complete testing equipment, and a complete quality assurance system. It is a technological enterprise that dominates the domestic industry and integrates scientific research, production, sales and construction.
In recent years, with the support and help of relevant experts such as the Chinese Academy of Building Sciences, the Academy of Railway Sciences, and the Transportation Planning and Design Institute, we have carried out research on prestressed foundation structures, prestressed anchor series, bridge series bearings, and special bridge telescopic devices. We have conducted various researches and successfully developed products such as T series anchors, tensioning tools, steel connecting sleeves, shock-absorbing bearings, and T series special telescopic devices for railway bridges. In 2018, T series anchors were the first in the industry to pass the fatigue test conducted by the National Quality Inspection Center in accordance with international standards. In 2017, T series anchors passed the provincial appraisal and reached the leading domestic level. In the same year, it was rated as a high-tech product, and in the same year, T series anchors were rated as national key new products. In 2016, it became the first company in the industry to pass the international quality certification of China Radiation and Circles Committee. T series anchors and supporting products have been widely used in national key projects such as highway engineering, railway engineering, water, and electric power.
The start of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has provided development opportunities for the prestressed industry. With the help of relevant experts from the Chinese Academy of Building Sciences, Tsinghua University, China Water Conservancy Design Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Yangtze River Water Commission and other relevant experts, Focus is on the research on the annular network prestressed structure of ultra-large diameter centripetal stress high-pressure water pipelines. Through tests in various aspects, various standards have all exceeded the design requirements related to the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. It has obtained 1 utility model patent and 1 invention patent, and is currently used in the yellow-piercing project.
